The Mobile Library
The Mobile Library visits Southoe and stops outside St Leonard's Church on every second Wednesday of the month between 10.05 and 10.25.
All vehicles have a lift for wheelchair users or for those that find stairs difficult.
The Mobile Library isn't just for books-
Hearing Aid Batteries
The Mobile Library has free NHS hearing aid batteries and will also recycle your old batteries. You do not need to be a library member to collect or recycle batteries.
Walking Stick Ferrules
Pick up new ferrules (rubber stoppers) for the end of your walking stick for free.
Postage Stamps
First and second class stamps are normally available for sale in books of eight, but the Mobile Library will only accept cash.
Reading Glasses
Mobile Libraries offer reading glasses for sale.
